The case study lists the idea channels (assemblies at accessible locations, pop-ups at events and public housing, boxes at health centers, libraries, recreation centers and businesses, face-to-face at bus stops, markets and school drop-off, door knocking, and DecideRI.org) and the voting channels (pop-ups at Providence Housing Authority sites, middle and high schools, pharmacies, plus a voting party on Dike Street in Olneyville with music, games, childcare, food and interpretation). The state report adds libraries, grocery stores, food pantries, Accountable Entity health centers, churches and door-to-door voting, and says the Secretary of State helped produce an official ballot; Ocean State Media adds voting machines. Of nearly 1,200 votes, 923 were cast in person at 30 pop-up stations and 264 online. Flyers went out in English and Spanish with a text line (PBCentralPVD to 401-291-6788). The Fresh Fridays row is the convener's monthly Zoom series, which gave one session to PB in December 2022 for a community-development audience. The last row is the implementation-phase channel the case study found wanting: staff sent regular email updates, yet many committee members did not know about them.
